Kanopi Residences Reaches Major Milestone

Sime Darby Property has topped out Kanopi Residences, its first high-rise residential development in the 141.6-hectare Elmina City Centre in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. The 36-storey project has a gross development value of RM299 million and comprises 499 residential units ranging from 550 to 1,200 sq ft.

Designed around an afforestation theme, Kanopi Residences forms part of Elmina City Centre’s vision for a greener and more connected urban community. The development also follows a 15-minute city concept, with integrated amenities designed to support everyday living within the township.
